We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support.

This scheme is designed for all customers who require adjustments to make their visit more comfortable, such as essential companion tickets, access to queue assists, raised viewing platforms, accessible entrances, and other reasonable adjustments. By partnering with Nimbus Disability, a leading authority on accessible ticketing run by and for disabled people, we can better understand and meet your access requirements in a consistent and secure manner. This also helps to protect these provisions from potential misuse.

To request the tickets and facilities you need after purchasing your ticket, we ask you to fill out our Tunes on the Bay Access Form and provide details of your Access Card.

You can apply for the free Tunes on the Bay Digital Access Pass (DAP) below. Once you have applied and it has been approved, the ID number issued will be valid for 3 years and can be used for future Tunes Festivals events.

There is also the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 should you wish to apply for broader recognition.

The Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirements that clearly communicates your requirements to thousands of organisations, venues, events, and ticketing systems across the UK and beyond.
